Afghan Nationals and Pakistan

It's quite funny to see that Afghan nationalists in Europe are trying to hijack PTM and chanting " Pakistan murdabad "...Lol, Its okay to criticise but aren't they supposed to protest against the shit happening in Afghanistan? I find it quite ridiculous because 70 per cent of Afghanistan is being ruled by terrorists, half of their economy is based on drugs and their country is war-torn but they are chanting distasteful slogans against the neighbouring country....No doubt, nationalism is a shit and it makes us blind.

you are not useless

If you made someone smile every day, you are not useless. You're precious.
If you think you are not special, the way you talk makes others want to move on with their lives.
The way you look at things may change someone's life.
The way you laugh at your troubles would make others hold on.
The way you smile at strangers would make them have a better day.
If you think you don't affect anyone. Think again.

why you are so changed

Why do we get sad and paranoid when someone says " you've changed? ".
What do you expect? You'll pass through heartbreaks, disappointments, failures and bad days and stay as you are.

You should smile when they tell you-you did change. That means your mind and heart didn't get hurt for nothing.
You may become better or worse but in the end, you learnt.

sensitive People

"Highly sensitive people process their environments - both physical and emotional - unusually deeply. They tend to notice subtleties that others miss - another person’s shift in mood, or a lightbulb burning a touch too brightly." —Susan Cain
