status of international court of justice

Where did International Court of Justice got it wrong if it did?
The court thinks it needs time to sort out the jurisdiction issue over India 's rights to access and arrange legal representation of its citizen. If the citizen is executed, India's rights might be violated even before jurisdiction. And it is court's responsibility to ensure the India's possible rights before its verdict.A party should not be affected due to court's timeline issues. Therefore it stops the execution.
How is it an adverse or prejudiced decision?
No lawyer myself but it makes sense to me.The court gives its reasons and relevant laws for its order. But its order is not a verdict as yet. If we have problems with the court's reasons and laws, we would get plenty of opportunities to present our arguments and evidence in future hearings.
A lot people from our legal community as reported in the papers is saying their stuff about injustice ,prejudice and incompetency but they are not giving their reasons. It is a bit hasty though because the court has not decided anything against Pakistan. Not even on its jurisdiction.
As far as the government not preparing its case properly is concerned. What could have they done? Not challenging the court's jurisdiction? The court has not dismissed the challenge as yet.Not turning up? That could be a violation to some international treaties Pakistan has ratified. Or some other thing?More time? does using more time makes a case better?
I think Pakistan needs a lot of investment in training our lawyers into international law.
